Why \u201cpre-game\u201d, you might ask? <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine you\u2019re about to walk into a game or athletic event. I\u2019m willing to bet you wouldn\u2019t show up without your gear in tiptop shape, shoelaces tied, your system fully hydrated\u2026. right? So in the same way, let\u2019s think about the time leading up to bed as your pre-game time for sleep.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While this might sound cheesy, it\u2019s really true that the better you prepare for your sleep game, the better chance you\u2019ll have at scoring better sleep! <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Think about the last things you currently do in your day, leading up to bed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
