A little workweek reminder: 📆 Carve out some time DURING your week to help avoid that weekend crash and burn 🔥 (or burnout).
Personally, this is something that I have to really practice and be intentional about. And right now, these 2 things have been working really well:
✅ A daily 10 minute walk outside. Rain or shine (or 🌨 snow storm!)
✅ Having a designated phone docking station in my living room.
I imagine that I'm turning my cellphone into an actual old school chorded phone.📞 Remember those?
I can't even find an emoji for one with a chord that's how dated they are! 📲 ☎️
So yes, physically distancing myself from my device at the end of my work day has been a game changer.

I have found that so many of my clients are burnt out by the end of the work week.
By making it a habit to plan out meals for Friday through to Sunday, they were able to set themselves up for an actual (and much needed!) restful weekend.

PSA: Friends don't let friends starve.
“They" say a lot of things out there.
For what it's worth (based on my MANY years of experience working 1-on-1 with 100s of people) you can eat in a way that supports healthy and sustainable weight loss!
Restrictive diets are not the be all and end all.
Sure, you'll likely have to rein it in when it comes to overly processes and high sugar foods.
And yes, it will uncomfortable at times.
The work is in learning WHAT to eat that works for you.
So please be careful when considering restricting - it can backfire and set you up for failure and heartache.
