Step 1: Build your plan. We clarify your goals, challenges, schedule, and patterns so your fitness and nutrition plan fits your real life.

Step 2: You get accountability from me, a real human and expert coach. Regular weekly coaching calls, daily check-ins and clear next steps after each session so you are never left wondering what to do next.

Step 3: Track real progress. We measure progress through habits, your eating consistency, strength, energy, body composition changes and sustainable routines. A healthy approach that removes scale obsession.

Step 4: Adjust as life changes. Travel, stress, busy weeks, and setbacks are part of the process. We adapt without losing momentum.

FAQs

1. Is this coaching only for weight loss?

    No. Many clients initially come for weight loss, support but many also want better energy, consistency, strength and a healthier relationship with food and exercise.

    2. What if I travel or have a chaotic schedule?

    That is exactly why coaching is customized. The goal is not perfection. The goal is consistency you can sustain no matter your schedule and what life throws at you.

    3. Do I need to be fit already?

    I’ve worked with everyone from people who are completely new to exercise to those training for half marathons, and with clients ranging from ages 19 to 81.

    4. Is this a meal plan and workout template?

    No. This is personalized coaching and accountability designed around your real life. I do provide clear guidance so you know what to do including meal lists, grocery support and customized exercise programming, but the goal is to build something sustainable, not hand you a rigid template that falls apart the moment life gets busy. I work with you to figure it out and plan as we go, week by week.

    5. What if I’m using a GLP-1 medication?

    That’s completely okay. Some clients use GLP-1s as one part of their health journey. My role is to help you build the habits that still matter alongside it: eating well, maintaining strength, supporting energy and creating routines you can actually sustain. The goal is always long-term wellbeing, not just short-term appetite suppression.
