As a busy and ambitious person myself, I understand the pressures of balancing work, personal life, AND health and fitness.
I’ve been there — the corporate job (or two jobs), corporate hours, the juggling act of running a business, studying, developing my career… all while managing a household, family, and social obligations. Whew!
At the end of the day, I wasn’t satisfied because I’d put my health and fitness on the back burner.
So I spent the last 15 years building my expertise in yoga, fitness training, and nutrition.
And now, I’m passionate about helping you — and I’m qualified to do it. I truly believe that when you can take control of your health and fitness — and feel strong and confident — you no longer have to hold back.
That’s because it’s all connected. When this area of your life gets moving in the right direction, it all gets better.
When you’re living up to YOUR full potential, you’re empowered to get out and embrace life.
And I work WITH your life.
I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all diet, and I will NEVER force you to drink only shakes, eat paleo, eliminate carbs, snack on nothing but kale chips, or be a vegan (unless that’s your thing, of course!).
